DIA is represented by President /Authorised Signatory, which expression shall, where the context Admits, be deemed to mean and include its successors and permitted assigns being the second party

Both the Parties have, under this MOU, agreed to collaborate to improve the quality of life of elders living with dementia in old age homes supported by MoSJE by online memory screening and training of staff.
