Registration on this portal needs to be done only once.
The State Govt/District Admin who had registered earlier on this portal need not register again.
The State Govt/District Admin who have registered multiple times and are having multiple login/userid accounts, barring one login/userid account all other login/userid account(s) will be deactivated.
