A Nasha Mukt Bharat Yuva Rally was led by Shri Gulab Chand Kataria, Hon’ble Governor of Punjab, Dr Virendra Kumar, Hon’ble Minister of SJE along with other dignitaries. 8000+ youth and students participated in the rally at PAU, Ludhiana, Punjab and pledged against drug abuse.
