The programme helped in building confidence among elderly participants in using digital platforms and accessing financial services more safely and independently. In addition, the sessions promoted interaction and discussion regarding common challenges faced by senior citizens at the community level and strengthened awareness regarding local support mechanisms and community participation in elderly welfare initiatives.
