On occasion of International Day of Older persons , Department organize a state level felicitation Program to honor senior citizens, individuals working for their welfare and institutions engaged in the field of elderly care for their outstanding contributions.Additionally, Artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation of India (ALIMCO) distributed various assistive devices to elderly persons in need.
