A one-day district-level orientation and awareness programme was organized in participatory and interactive mode to enhance awareness regarding welfare schemes, digital literacy, financial literacy, and social security issues concerning senior citizens. The programme was conducted under the State Action Plan for Senior Citizens (SAPSrC) under Atal Vayo Abhyuday Yojana (AVAY).
